About the CompTIA TechCareer Compass (TCC)

The CompTIA Tech Career Compass (TCC) is an online resource that promotes and provides the tools needed for skills development and career advancement. TCC offers IT professionals, employers, educators, advisors and curriculum developers a place to find information about the IT workforce and certification programs. The site gives users a one-stop source for research, recommendations and consulting regarding IT career choices.

TCC began as an initiative of the U.S. Department of Labor to help develop a well-skilled IT workforce. CompTIA was selected to develop, deploy and maintain the site. Information provided by TCC is kept current through an ongoing process of formal research studies and analyses by IT industry leaders, technical subject matter experts and advisory groups.
