About
the CompTIA TechCareer Compass (TCC)
The CompTIA Tech Career Compass (TCC) is an online resource
that promotes and provides the tools needed for skills development
and career advancement. TCC offers IT professionals, employers,
educators, advisors and curriculum developers a place to
find information about the IT workforce and certification
programs. The site gives users a one-stop source for research,
recommendations and consulting regarding IT career choices.
TCC
began as an initiative of the U.S. Department of Labor to
help develop a well-skilled IT workforce. CompTIA was
selected to develop, deploy and maintain the site. Information
provided by TCC is kept current through an ongoing process
of formal research studies and analyses by IT industry leaders,
technical subject matter experts and advisory groups.

Sponsorship, Advertising and Licensing Opportunities
- TCC
Sponsorship - TCC Sponsors provide subject matter
experts to review TCC standards and information. In return,
sponsors receive a link to their Web site along
with the posting of their organization’s logo on
the sponsor page of TCC. There is no cost to be a TCC Sponsor.
- TCC
Banner Ads, Sponsor Focus and Product Listing - There
are three types of advertising available on the site. Along
with banner ads, TCC offers a “focus on your organization” that
appears on the homepage, as well as the option to list
your training and certification products.
- TCC Database License - Organizations
may use the TCC database to provide information about their
resources,
tools
or Web sites.
- TCC Private Label License - In addition
to the TCC database, the Web application is also available
for license.
